Can targets be upgraded with software updates?

All target patterns and Course Of Fire rules are completely controlled by the app. The app sends everything down to the targets at startup and during operation, which happens very quickly and is hardly noticeable. This allows enhancements and new features to be provided with app updates without requiring changes to your targets.
